Amanita Muscaria contains the active ingredient Muscamol and not psilocybin and so is legal to buy and consume. It's effects include: euphoria - visions - time distortion and relaxation. The mushrooms are cured at 170 degrees centigrade which changes the chemical structure of the poisons into a safe psychoactive compound. Can be taken whole - chopped in food or boiled into a tea. Warning: may cause nausea in the first stages so be have a light stomach before ingestion. Take a bit at a time to gauge your reaction to it.
